01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the radishes. Trim the ends and slice thinly (about 1/16 inch) using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss the radish slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 355°F for 3 minutes.
04 - Arrange the radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
05 - Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the chips are golden and crisp. Monitor closely during the last few minutes to prevent burning.
06 - Transfer the finished chips to a wire rack to cool and crisp up further. Serve immediately for best texture.
