Air Fryer Radish Chips (Printable)

Transform fresh radishes into golden, crispy chips in just 15 minutes with your air fryer.

# What You'll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 cups fresh radishes

→ Spices & Seasoning

02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
04 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

# How To Make:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the radishes. Trim the ends and slice thinly (about 1/16 inch) using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss the radish slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 355°F for 3 minutes.
04 - Arrange the radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
05 - Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the chips are golden and crisp. Monitor closely during the last few minutes to prevent burning.
06 - Transfer the finished chips to a wire rack to cool and crisp up further. Serve immediately for best texture.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You get that satisfying salty crunch without the heavy feeling or carb coma of regular chips
  • The seasonings are completely customizable to match whatever mood youre in
  • They come together in under 30 minutes with basically zero effort
02 -
  • Excess moisture is the enemy, so do not skip the step of drying your radish slices before seasoning
  • Air fryer models vary wildly, so start checking for doneness at the 10 minute mark
  • These lose their signature crunch quickly, so plan to eat them within an hour of making
03 -
  • Work in batches rather than overcrowding the air fryer, even if it takes longer
  • Let the chips cool completely on a wire rack before storing them in an airtight container
