01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line small baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place brie wheel on prepared baking sheet. Score top rind with sharp knife in crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through cheese.
03 - In small bowl, combine cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
04 - Spoon cranberry-pecan mixture evenly over top of scored brie.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until brie is soft and starting to ooze but not completely melted.
06 - Remove from oven and let stand 3-5 minutes. Transfer carefully to serving platter. Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette.
