01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate (and coconut oil, if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Dip each pretzel halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
04 - Immediately place the dipped pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the heart-shaped sprinkles over the chocolate-coated portion.
05 - Allow the pretzels to sit at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes until the chocolate firms completely. For quicker setting, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
06 - Store the finished chocolate-dipped pretzels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
