01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, coconut, and flaxseed. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry mixture. Stir with a spatula or wooden spoon until fully blended.
03 - If the mixture is too dry, add water one teaspoon at a time until it holds together.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll between your palms into a ball. Continue until all mixture is used.
05 - Place formed balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow firming.
06 - Store energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
