- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and place a rack inside.
- Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub entire surface with olive oil, then evenly season with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ground mustard.
- Place the turkey skin side up on the rack within the roasting pan.
- Combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Brush the turkey generously with a portion of the glaze, reserving the remainder for basting.
- Roast the turkey for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Baste with the reserved glaze every 25 minutes. If the skin browns too quickly, tent loosely with foil. The internal temperature should reach 160°F when checked with a thermometer inserted into the thickest part.
- Remove from oven and cover loosely with foil. Allow to rest for 15 to 20 minutes; internal temperature will increase to 165°F.
- Slice the turkey and serve with extra glaze on the side.
