# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in five minutes flat but tastes like something you'd order at a beachside cafe
  • The frozen pineapple creates an incredibly creamy texture without needing dairy or frozen bananas
  • You can adjust everything from sweetness to thickness based on your mood that morning
02 -
  • Canned coconut milk can separate in the fridge, so give it a good shake before measuring or you'll end up with mostly thick cream or thin liquid
  • If your blender struggles with frozen fruit, add the coconut water first and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to slightly thaw the pineapple chunks
03 -
  • Let frozen pineapple thaw for 5 minutes if your blender is struggling—it makes a huge difference
  • The ratio of 2 parts fruit to 1 part liquid is my golden rule for perfect consistency every single time
