# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The mellow sweetness that sneaks into every dish feels like a little kitchen secret just between us
  • It became my go-to for easily transforming simple meals into something extra special with almost no effort
02 -
  • Don't skip the olive oil drizzle; it’s the key to that luscious softness and nutty flavor.
  • Wrapping the garlic tightly holds in moisture and ensures even roasting that turns harsh raw garlic into a buttery delight.
03 -
  • If your garlic looks pale, extend the roasting by a few minutes but watch closely so it doesn’t burn
  • Using fresh, firm garlic heads rather than pre-peeled or old garlic really makes a difference in flavor and texture
