09 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
10 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
11 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
12 - 1 tsp ground black pepper
13 - 1½ tsp kosher salt

14 - 1 2/3 cups beef or chicken stock
15 - 2 tbsp tomato paste
16 - 1 tbsp honey
17 - 1 large bell pepper, diced
18 - Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# How To Make:

01 - In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and kosher salt. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Add the 1-inch meat cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 12 hours for enhanced flavor.
03 - Heat a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the marinated meat and brown on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor.
