# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Dinner lands on the table in 30 minutes, perfect for nights when you're hungry but have no patience.
  • The sauce clings to every piece of beef and vegetable, creating that restaurant-quality coating you chase but rarely nail at home.
02 -
  • Don't skip slicing the beef against the grain, otherwise you'll end up chewing instead of enjoying tender bites.
  • Keep your pan screaming hot throughout, because low heat turns this from a crisp stir fry into a slow simmer, and that changes everything.
03 -
  • If your sauce seems too thin after cooking, whisk another quarter teaspoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and stir it in while the pan is still hot.
  • For extra depth, add a splash of rice vinegar or a pinch of white pepper to your sauce if you have them on hand.
